I have had back problems from the age of 15 until I was about 25.

I heard that training of the  core muscles strength the body and put less strain on the back. 

I have been since training to keep my body in the best form and shape possible. 

I have my concept which I call

“ Training For The Future” which focuses on defining and stabilizing the body, using your own body weight elastic bands.
